Personal Statement

During my time at Carlton le Willows secondary school I developed my creative skills in art and graphical design. I really enjoyed these subjects as well as information technology and so I decided to aim my career path in this direction. I started a BNC computing course and made new friends. The course was not really design orientated but I soon completed it and went onto the first year of FD multimedia.

During my first 2 years of college my friend began a website design and hosting company. This has benefited me in many ways, because it has given me some freelance work and it has also boosted my confidence in the industry.

I’m in my last year on FD multimedia and I have learnt many new skills and software packages. I am now more focused on my career path and I want to extend my education with a top up degree in 'Digital Media Design'.
